Marítima Golf — Unit 3U has two faces, not one: the bedrooms share a balcony facing the golf course, and the living area and TV room share a second balcony facing the bay. Sleeping looks one way; living looks the other.

The elevator opens directly into the unit on the third floor. Three rooms hold the sleeping: a king suite with its own ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with two queen surfaces including a pull-out, and an enclosed TV room with a sofa bed — suited to two or three couples, or a family that wants the children's space closed off rather than open to the living room. Six guests is the marketed capacity; eight is not offered as a default.

The building leans toward a longer, self-contained stay: a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, zoned central air conditioning, three Smart TVs, and internet at roughly 130 Mbps, plus two covered parking spaces and beach gear provided rather than left for guests to source. A ground-floor pool, a rooftop heated pool, a gym, a cinema, a game room, a library and kids' areas, bicycles, and a seasonal restaurant and bar keep a multi-generation group occupied without leaving the building.

Two things worth knowing plainly: this is not beachfront in the literal sense — dedicated beach access is about a five-minute walk across Av. de los Cocoteros — and both the spa and the ground-floor jacuzzi are building features that are not currently operational.
