Marítima Golf — Unit 3U sits on the third floor, where the elevator opens directly into the residence. The primary bedroom holds a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and a golf-side balcony. The second bedroom offers two queen sleeping surfaces, including a pull-out configuration, with its own golf-side balcony. An enclosed TV room adds a third sleeping option — a sofa bed — with a bay-side balcony. The unit's commercial capacity is 6 guests; 8 is not marketed as a default.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the unit includes laundry, a drinking-water dispenser, zoned central air conditioning, and three Smart TVs. Internet runs at approximately 130 Mbps. Two covered parking spaces are included, and beach gear is provided.

The building offers a ground-floor pool, a rooftop heated pool, a gym, a cinema, a game room, library and kids' areas, and bicycles, with a seasonal restaurant and bar on site. Dedicated beach access is about a five-minute walk across Av. de los Cocoteros — the residence itself is not literal beachfront. The spa and the ground-floor jacuzzi are building features that are not currently operational.
