The elevator on the seventh floor opens directly into Unit 705 — no shared hallway between the lobby and the door. The primary bedroom holds a king bed, its own ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with its own view; the second bedroom's bunk arrangement — a double lower berth, a single upper berth, and a trundle — is built for a group of children or friends, not a second couple. Seven guests is the comfortable, marketed capacity; an eighth is something to work out directly with Veralden for the right group, not something to assume.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the unit has its own washer and dryer — a longer stay doesn't mean living out of a suitcase. Internet runs at roughly 300 Mbps. Downstairs, a shared pool and gym and a seasonal restaurant cover most of a stay without leaving the building; massage and wellness are available by appointment, not run as a program.
The sand directly in front of the building has eroded — usable beach is a short walk away, not a direct walk-out, worth knowing before arrival. There is no sauna or steam room on site.

Bucerías
A traditional coastal town on Banderas Bay, named for the divers who once worked its waters — cobblestone streets, a beachfront market, and a resident arts scene.
The name comes from buceo — diving — for the oyster divers who once worked this stretch of Banderas Bay; today it's a traditional Mexican town of cobblestone streets and brightly painted buildings, incorporated as a fishing settlement in the 1930s and grown into its present tourist character since the 1980s. A communal market runs alongside a resident arts community — Crearte, the region's arts center, and a seasonal Thursday-evening Art Walk through its galleries.
